With the release of iOS 13.5 yesterday, Apple also has the ability added to turn off the feature in the group FaceTime calls, which automatically changes the size of the window.
To fix it:
- Go to settings.
- Select “FaceTime”.
- Scroll down to the “Automatic ” celebrities” section.
- “turn Speak”.
Once you do that, all of the window is in your group FaceTime call, where you are and the size you are during your conversation. They are still superimposed on top of each other, instead of tiles.
When someone speaks, and you want to focus on you, you can double-tap your window during the call, the window is larger. You can also drag windows environment to the individual speaker more prominent on your personal screen.
