As American companies are forced to close because of the COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus), the customers are concerned about their bill for Internet access. Data caps, a nuisance at the best of times, can suddenly mean the payment of additional fees, if a family took refuge in the place that goes beyond your limits.

remember: you work from home, video conferencing via Skype or zoom, while your children play and chat with friends. There streamed films in the evening hours. Disney+ and Netflix may be in constant rotation by the bandwidth burden. This is a lot of data!

Mediacom Communications
