Roboform Everywhere review: Solid-password-security

One of the earliest password Manager Roboform Everywhere is not quite the charisma that would make his durability suspect. Despite its age, it lacks much of the Polish and sophistication of the products, such as LastPass and Keeper. But its relative simplicity makes it a good option for beginners, or users who want to get a better handle on their passwords without too much complexity.

Setup and interface

Roboform Everywhere works on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The download page detects what platform it and delivers the appropriate installation file.

After the Installation of Roboform Everywhere, it asks you to create an account by entering your E-Mail address and a strong master password. Then you will be prompted to the browser extension. Although it is not the ask you during its installation and setup, it can import Roboform from a dozen popular password managers, including LastPass, 1Password, Keeper, and Dashlane, as well as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari web Browser. Roboform Everywhere has a simple, if not very sophisticated user interface. A left rail lists five data storage options: Logins, bookmarks, identities, contacts and Safenotes. The first two are self-explanatory. Identities store your personal data, during the contacts, the personal data of the people you know saves. Safe notes is the repository for all text data that do not conform to the other categories.

Roboform Everywhere is worth a look, especially if you’ve never used a password manager. Its interface is pretty simple and the functions are easy to use, but there are some advanced features that prefer to users is a lack of updating, such as automatic password.
